My Story

Hi! My name is Brittany Gohl. I grew up in McCook and graduated from MHS. After high school, I attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln, University of Nebraska Kearney, and Colby Community College.

During the years after college I worked in Physical Therapy in California and Cambridge, and then took a travel assignment in Kansas. I am so grateful to finally be back in Southwest Nebraska working at Elevate and to have the opportunity to be involved in the community I was raised in and that built me into who I am today.

I am recently married to my best friend, Seth and we reside with our three dogs Waylon, Riggs, and Rooster near the Hayes Center/Palisade area where Seth farms and ranches.

My passions and hobbies include my faith, agriculture, fitness, hunting, fishing and anything involving the outdoors, helping my husband with cattle, and being involved with my Church.

Along with being a Physical Therapist Assistant here at Elevate, I am also a Certified Personal Trainer.

Being a Personal Trainer means I am here to provide you with customized training programs based on your individual goals. I am confident in my knowledge of the body’s muscle and skeletal structure and how they respond to exercise and movement. I understand the importance of overall health and well-being and this is one of my biggest passions. This is why I have studied and practiced in this area, because I want to serve you and your personal goals.

I believe this goes way beyond just “exercising more” and “eating healthier” and I want to assist you in your own individual needs. I strongly believe that God has given us our bodies to utilize throughout our lives, but this means He also expects us to take care of them.

I am so excited to walk alongside you and help you along in setting and achieving your personal health and fitness goals!
