I'm a graduate of McCook High School, UNL and UNMC. After graduation I worked in many settings including a hospital setting, outpatient rehab and home health. While working in home health I found a specific passion for vestibular and balance rehabilitation. I took many courses to continue my skill set, be able to assess and properly treat balance issues stemming from many different conditions. I transitioned from home health, to owning my own practice and grew into integrating my knowledge of balance into posture rehabilitation.

While working with my patients I found cupping to be an effective way to improve the health of the tissue we were treating and began honing my skills to be able to provide a unique way of providing both healing and pain relief. I have a husband and two children who keep me very busy. We enjoy learning about bugs and dinosaurs together and get outside most every chance we get. We moved back to McCook in the summer of 2023 to be able to raise our kids in a community we trust and love and are enjoying getting to treat our patients collaboratively through both chiropractic and physical therapy.
