​​Hi! My name is Brooke Breth! I am a Physical Therapist Assistant and a Functional Nutrition Coach. I am originally from eastern Colorado in the small town of Kit Carson, where my love for all things sports and health began! I played 4 sports in high school, volleyball, basketball, track, and golf and still love to participate in all of these to this day!

 

After high school, I attended Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas, where I earned my Bachelors in Health and Human Performance with an emphasis in Sport and Exercise Therapy. Then I continued my education at Colby Community College in Colby, Kansas, where I received my certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant! From there, I joined the work force in Norton, Kansas where I worked at their local hospital seeing both hospital and clinic patients as a Physical Therapist Assistant. 

 

Soon after moving to Norton, I met my husband, who I quickly married a year and a half later and moved to Oberlin, Kansas, where he was living and we still live to this day. I began working at the Oberlin hospital seeing both hospital and clinic patients there as well and also began my coaching journey as junior high volleyball and basketball coach, but also an Online Fitness and Nutrition Coach!

 

Since then, my husband and I have been blessed with 3 rambunctious but amazing little boys. I’ve had the privilege of working with many women in helping them hit their health and fat loss goals, and have continued to help so many rehabilitate their bodies after injuries, surgeries, etc. 

 

I have a deep passion for helping people find freedom in their health and living out their lives the way God intended, with love and joy! And I pray that is something I can help you all find, whether that be through physical therapy or functional nutrition coaching, may you come to love and be grateful for the bodies that the Lord has blessed you with and enjoy this life to the fullest, which all starts by stewarding YOU!
